I'm sitting here at work wishing I had a good book to read. Anybody read anything good lately?

A good book to read: High Tide in Tucson by Barbara Kingsolver. A book of short stories, some about motherhood, touching and very funny.
I'm reading Bill Bryson's travels in Europe book. I can't stop laughing. He and David Sedaris crack me up!
I recently read:
Mirror Mirror (by Gregory Maguire, author of Wicked)
and
The Color Purple (a classic, I know...it was really good. better than the movie).
